Right of Withdrawal, Return and Refund
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 working days of delivery of the package. To request a return authorization, the customer must send a request to the email address [email protected] , alternatively by registered letter with return receipt or certified mail[email protected]within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The return must be made within 14 days from the date of authorization of our assistance, taking care to insert all the bills and / or tax receipts included in the package. Effects of Withdrawal

Damaged or Defective Goods
If any or all of the products arrived damaged, you can email us for a dispute.

The order is accepted when the goods are shipped. The purchase contract also becomes valid at the time of shipment. Shipping and delivery
